W2S is lagging ?

Is it only me (or my ISP) or does the Warp lags, does not load sometimes ?

I get it here in the UK on NTL too.

Everything seems to lagg appart from the forums they're quite fast but when I load the mainpage, open a news item or go to comment on a news item it takes ages...

I get the same here and at times the site wont load at all so thats why i no longer have WS2 as my homepage...!

Im wit Pipex Broadband, so its not just your ISP.

LOL well im in UK too and have FreeServe Plus (basicly uses BT Network) ADSL normal 512/256 and yes sometimes W2S is Slow and other times not i think it does depend on how busy ur ISP is and how busy W2S is.

We figured out the problem, it s a java problem. The site does not load when the java script is not allready finished with loading graphics, than the site stops until the javascript is ready.

I am searching for a piece of code which helps tp prevent the problem.

yes .... thats true ....
always seen this site loaded the IE stops workin for some seconds ... *bang* HP is there but it loads fast ...
