upcoming new WD 150gb Raptors

Look for some new Western Digital intrenal 10,000 rpm Raptors. They will be 16mb cache/3Gb/s data transfer and out within the next few months. BTW, WD is phasing out the 4-pin legacy 12-pin connector in favor of the SATA connector. Even though I haven't actually seen one yet the new 75000AAKS 7200 rpm is one of these according to WD's pre-puurchase telephone #...

Look at the pix and see, no 12v 4-pin legacy connection. The 4-pin you see is for the jumpers if used.

They coming out with any larger ones? I already own 3, one 150 and two 74 gig ones.

apparantly the the 3GB/s Raptors aren't out yet. If I'm wrong do you have one?

I am not going to buy a WD ... Seagate only here ... just got 2x 250GB 7200.11 and I'm so happy
