Twinview problem

I just got this GF4 MX440 tv/video out. It will extend desktop onto TV but it shows the minimum resolution for TV as 1280 x 1024?? Is it because my TV is not compatible with S-Video? It's a NEC 21" about 4 or 5 years old. I know you can get S-Video to Composite adapters. Nview does not work at all.

Twinview

This sounds very wierd. Minimum resolution of 1280*1024 you say? If your TV has a S-Video input, it's S-Video compatible. You can always try to convert with a SCART converter. My TV is older than yours, it doesn't support S-Video, but it works fine with the converter. Make sure you have all your cords in the right places and that you have a WHQL certified driver for your GF4.

Best of luck to you, twinview is cool!

Just figured it out. It was that f**king Win2K/XP refresh rate thing. I guess I cut out a few too many modes. Big Grin
