Believe me, you don't want to use 40-series drivers with a GeForce2 ...

Try ...

27.00
27.70
28.90
29.42
31.40
31.80

I'm sure others will add more ... Smile Right now, I'd have to say the 31.80s are my favourite. 40-series may do well on 3DMark, but in-game performance seems lacking to me, even on my GeForce4 MX440 and my buddy's GeForce4 Ti4200 ... Before I upgraded, I had a GeForce2 MX and 40-series drivers were absolutely horrible with it. I mean, sure, 3DMark scores went up 100ish points, but I lost a good 10-20 fps on almost every single game.

CPU - AMD Athlon 1.2 GHz T-Bird processor
RAM - 512 MB PC133 SDRAM
OS - Windows ME
Tuner - RivaTuner
GPU - Visiontek Xtasy GeForce4 MX440 (280c/480m)
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-7ZX
3DMark2001 SE - 4968

I recommend 30.82 ....very rock stable.....and best perfomance for gf2 series...

Dont install Dx9....its slows down ya system.....it could be also buggy anyway
