Intel processors are multiplier locked. Thats an AMD thing. Basically you are left with increasing the front side bus (FSB) to increase CPU speed.
In doing so, you will also be increasing PCI, AGP & Memory buses.
First you must be sure your motherboard supports FSB adjustments. Some older mobos don't allow FSB adjustment in small increments. Also, unless the board has adjustable CPU voltage you will be limited in how much you can OC as above spec CPU speeds usually require increased voltage. What 3D card do you have? If you have a good card, just overclock that and don't worry so much about the rest of it. Overclocking can also mean reduced stability and of course the possibility of actual damage to your hardware.

Try searching http://www.google.com for overclocking.

Read well, as you are obviously a n00b.
