i8042prt.sys is crashing XP Pro?!

Hmmpf, maybe anyone can help me out here. From time to time i get a BSOD because of this driver...
Isn't that one assoiciated with the keyboard? I also have the Logitech iTouch software running...

Any ideas?

That one is actually part of Microsoft Intellipoint 4.0 software for the Microsoft mouse. On my system, that one doesn't even run because something else already is using the resources.

It might be just something needed for a PS/2 mouse since you can tell in Device Manager for your mouse if you clicked on driver details, it does show the file.
