Problems with Epox 8kha+ and FSB 143

I have got Epox 8kha+ , XP 1800 ,GF 3 ti500 (not overlocked) and Pc 2100 ddr (samsung).
When i set fsb to 143 the windows 98 dont start.When i get back to 139 fsb than system starts.The problem is on Procesor side or memory???
I changed te settings for ram to non aggresive but on fsb 143 windows dont start.Whats going on ???

Go directly to 166 FSB it should post, no problemo!
