It seems as if people with a 1900+ (1.75v) are experiencing idle cpu temps at around 32C. Ambient temps really aren't of concern right now. Some and/or a lot of these people posess HFC's with generic thermal paste/tape. And for reasons unbeknownst to me, I get 38-40C idle cpu temps. Here is a list of my relevant specs:

Athlon XP 1.4 @ 1.58 (1600+ @ 1900+) -- 1.75v
Epox 8KHA+ KT266a; FSB 150
Crucial XMS 2400 256MB; CL=2...
Antec SX1040 SOHO case
Two 80mm rear, one 80mm front
Thermalright SLK600 w/ Delta 60mm (60x38; 50.1 CFM)
Artic Silver 3
Leadtek GF3 Ti200 240/510
WinXP Prof.

If you want more specs, just ask.

32 C? You're not too far off. A lot of it depends on the ambient temperature. If you're in an air conditioned house, it's going to be a lot cooler. Right now my room is about 85 F, my 1600+ @1400Mhz is around 48 C idle. This is with an SK-6 and a Thermaltake 26cfm fan..

I'd say you're right in the ballpark of where you should be, especially with that overclock.
