Help with pc game, American Mcgee's Alice Does anyone know if it will work on windows 7

Hi I have a question about an old pc game for windows 7. The game is called American Mcgee's Alice and I would like to buy it online as "used" but I need to know if it will work on windows 7 and if i can play it as used. Please respond thanks.

bump for attention of more experienced people!If you have played Soul of Guardian or Crystal Saga, the newly relesaed Mythic Saga is not new to you.
