Is there anyway that i can remove everything from my hard drive apart from windows xp ?????

yes insert you winXP boot CD ...
delete partition ..
and do a fresh install

there is no other way since the structure of all files is os much complicate ... no tool could do anything here ...
just do a fresh install

Yup, fresh install is the best solution.
