New Radeon 8500 BIOS

Hmm someone out there who knows this stuff? I found this @ jetway a 3rd party manufacturer of ATI cards: http://www.jetway.com.tw/evisn/download/driver/vga/index.htm
Don't bother with the drivers these are 6015/6014/9009 but this BIOS thingy??

This BIOS does NOT work on Reatil ATI boards...you get a device ID error, and if you force the update with the -f extansion, your card will not work any more.... If you don't believe me, try it! =)

Seriously. Belive the post above this one.

Fudge around with leaked drivers all u want, cus if they freak out on u all ya have to do is switch vid cards n reinstall the good drivers, or format ur HD.
If u throw an incompatable BIOS on ur card, its fucked forever. I'll only update my vid card BIOS if I find the update on ATI's website.
