NVIEW, and TV FLICKER

any way to improve the flickering of NVIEW on a TV out connection, using S-video?

Also, how can one disable nview so you can use TV tool?

yeah but how do I disable Nview so I can use TVtool, Nview and Tvtool are incompatible.. When I open TVtool it screws up my TV out..
I have tried to disable it in The display properities advanced settings, but it still doesnt work, I think it is loaded during boot or something. I might use MSCONFIG and just disable it from booting.

I used tv tool some time ago, but now I cannot use it anymore or I purchase it.
