i installed my new ti4200 when i turn my comp on the lights go on but thats it now when i pres the reset button everything go's goog but i have to do this everytime please mail me at alco@kabelfoon.nl for any solution

My soundcard does this from time to time. It is probably not seated porperly in the slot and when the comp warms up a little, it connects and away you go. Maybe your mobo needs to be raised a little higher for better connection with the agp/pci slots. I know that in these forums a new power supply is a fix-all but perhaps your power supply cannot spin up cdrom/hard drives and power up the power-hungry 4200 at the same time. Could you give details of your system/power supply?
