Taskbar on two monitors

I've just connected a second monitor to my 9600 pro and i was wondering if it's possible to get the windows taskbar to split in to two sections i.e. the taskbar on the primaty monitor only shows the windows open on that monitor and the second monitor has its own taskbar for the windows open on that monitor. I don't want the taskbar to go all the way along the two monitors because i have one in front of me and the other at my left hand side and i would thus have to keep turning to look at the taskbar.

The reason I want to do this is so that the main monitors tarkbar isn't full of windows I have open on the second monitor which I use to place windows I don't use all the time, like the calculator and My Computer.

Any help would be greatly recieved, and I don't miind if it requires downloading a 3rd party piece of software provided it's free, like an open source program.

Thanks
