Sound blaster 128 PCI drivers

my son have a Sound blaster 128 PCI ,he lost the install cd i dl'ed the drivers from Creative labs but this r web setup drivers, when he go to install this drivers it asks for an internet connection, what he don't have
so he can't install, i've tried to connect the Adsl Modem on his system
but that didn't work, where he lives is no digital phone line(they working on that), he is Running Windows Millennium,.
Can some body who have this install cd send me the English standalone drivers Plz, or point me to a site where i can find these drivers without websetup.

Thanks in Advanced
