Sblive 1024 and Windows XP

Dear friends, I have a problem for my sound card sblive player 1024.When I m using Win98 or ME its ok working fine but on NT40,2000, or WindowsXP I cannot use my sound card. NT 2000 or XP find and automaticly install card's driver. In device manager everythings ok.No IRQ conflict or else. But in sound card's hardware test screen this error occuring " your sound card cannot play sounds " or like that.Everything ok but sblive player cannot playing sounds on NT , 2000 , or XP.
I tried :
-mainboard bios update
-full of hate sound card drviers and 3rd party too.
-another pci slot
-another pc
What is your comments?

In the Control Panel, lower the Hardware Acceleration level for the sound card to one notch below maximum -- that should fix it.
