Resident Evil 4 for the PC emerges

RESIDENT EVIL 4 might be coming to the PC, and soon.
A listing on Play.com offers a PC version of RE 4. It's available as of the 31st of March, and priced at a mere 23.99 euros.
Strangely, Capcom doesn't seem to have any information on their site regarding a PC release of RE 4. Is there some mistake on Play.com?
