Just installed this card with my Iiyama TFT monitor using the DVI cable. Monitor worked fine with a NVidia GeForce 3. Screen has many fine hoirizontal lines and some dots which look like electrical interference. OK with video lead and ok under windows XP before driver loads on startup. Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

Chris

No, but I do have an Abit KR7A which has an almost identical spec - including the VIA KT266A chipset - I suspect that this is at the root of the problem. Thanks for your advice, it's good news in that this is a know problem, but bad news in that I had hoped (but not believed) that I had a bad board!

U might wanna send ATI support a message that you have the same issues with your ABIT and that the kt266a seems to be the common denominator, maybe this will motivate them to fix the issue quicker if they know its more widespread than thought.

Try to install PowerStrip (http://www.entechtaiwan.com/) and configure Display Profile. Set Refresh Rate to 59Mh or 61Hz.
