PSU VOLTAGES HELP

Hello i want to know if these voltages are normal cause since i got my new Ati 9800 PRO (Hercules) i have only problems.I think my PSU is to weak for it.My monitor turns off, pc crashes in 2D mode, sometimes reste button doesn't work etc.
It's no driver issues or graphic card (it's working fine).
I want to know if those voltages that i get are normal.

+3.3: 3.15V (min: 3.12V - max: 3.20V)-->average: 3.16V

+5.00: 4.73V (min: 4.60V - max: 4.78V)-->average: 4.72V

+12.00: 12.10V (min: 11.98V - max: 12.40V)-->average:12.12V

- 12.00:-12.60V(min: -12.93V - max:-12.44V)-->average:-12.62V

-5.00: -5.49V (min: -5.64V - max: -5.34V)-->average: -5.46V

Voltages where taken from Motherboard Monitor 5.
My PSU is a no-name 300W (LC:A300ATX, total output 300W max)

My configuration:
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2100+ (palomino)
RAM: 512 DDR Infineon Pc2100
2XHDD 80giga Hitachi 7K250 Raid 0
DVD-ROM
SB LIVE! Platinum
Ati Radeon 9800PRo with moded cooling (cpu cooler for gpu)
Cooler: Titan CU5TB
1x 80mm Thermatltake Fan

"I think my PSU is to weak for it"

i think , YES!

u can calculate yourself:

CPU ~70W
GPU ~80W
2xHD ~30W?
Board ~20W?
Fans ~10W
Controller /Audio ~20W
......
weak /cheap PSU are not always 300w even when they are named as 300w
and the fluctuations on the PowerLines are rel high and if it´s too high/low, ur PC will restart/crash

and u can say ,for a PSU, +-5% fluctuations is maximum to be ok

short: My opinion :YES

i almost forgot:
if someone knows more/better than me, PLEASE TEACH ME Big Grin

yes, i also own an Enermax with 460W and if got a "bigger"PC and had never probs with it, since i changed my 4 small HD with 2 Big :-)

but others believes now in the new OCZ PSU, that thing should be great, a test of some PSU it won, the link is on the MainPage, search for it
and i heard, that this PSU is BTX ready, but i can´t remember fully

OCZ Powerstream? Hmmm, i read about it, it's btx ready, very good quality, a little to overpirced i think but i've heard they are not that good.
Anyway oppinions are different, people have diffrent tastes etc.
I will wait 1 week for research and than i make my choice.
Thanks

I really like my new Powerstream PSU ...
voltages are more then rock stable

note: the instable CPU voltage is motherboard ralated Sad
also not that the detection is quite incorrect some times ... see that 119°C ?
hell on time it even detected 0.00V LOL

this statistic represents 1 full day ...
~12h idle
~6h normal usage
~6h non-stop UT2004
