Problem changin Driver on GF3Ti200..

Hi all if theres some Palit GF3Ti200 128 mb DDR Ram users out there or anyone else whit some ideas...onto the problem
I have tried to upgrade my drivers lately..but if i go any higher than the current 23.11 i m running right now..i will get some ..i dunno whats it called but it a distortion in Graphics both in Ghost Recon and F4 SP3/RP5...how it looks like: small "Blitts" occuring whit a few secs apart spreading around on the screen...this is something i used to get when OC my Card to much but this is on default settings..so when reverting back to 23.11 everything looks good.....strange...i have earlier run on highest was 28.32...but for stability issues i found that 23.11 didnt lock my CPU to much...but i like to check out the new drivers..check them for performence in 3DMark and Ghost Recon...last night i tried the latest for Win98/Se and same "Blitting" occured....i just find it very strange also i reverted from VIA 4in1 4.39 Beta to 4.38(2) that didnt help....i did also clock CPU to default speeds in BIOs..i ckecked RAM Timing and diff. BIOs setup stuff.....before installing any new Nv drivers....i just find it so strange that i in the last 2 weeks cant change drivers upwards.......Any ides to this Strang Problem is welcome
Thanks for any input guys

Actually, I've seen blitting on every computer that I've seen Ghost Recon on, so it might actually be Ghost Recon. Actually, I'm just trying out Rivatuner because I wanted to get more out of my card than NVMax would let me, and it has an option to tweak blitting. I haven't played GR yet since I got it. It's late, so I'll try it out tomorrow and let you know if it solves it.

It still gets white blits, but it seems as though it gets them less frequently.
