Overclocking video card...

if i bot an ati 9500, would i be able to overclock it on my compaq presario 6000?

Overclocking the Video card is based completely on the video card alone, it dosn't matter what your mainboard/PC is.

Just grab something like the excellent Radeonator, which also comes with nice tweaking facility.

and overclock away!
