Oppose war to Iraq

It seems the war on Iraq is inevitabel. Because this war is for the interest of Israel. And you can see the tremendous influence of Israel here, both on politicians and media. (The weak reaction of Democratic Party and less of criticism of media) Anyhow I'll try my best to express my opinion to politicians. If people are agree with my opinions, (either all or part of them) I welcome them to share with it for their convinence. The following is the e-mail I have mailed to politicians.

The honorable
US Senate
Washington, DC 20510

Dear Senator

I'm writing you to oppose any authorization the war power to President Bush and his Cabinet at this movement.

I urge you to oppose war on Iraq because of the following reason:

1. There is no sufficient justification to start such a war. President Bush accused Iraq of intending to build up mass dystruction weapons which will used to attack US. He has no strong evidence. In reality, Iraq shows intention to accept unconditional weapon's inspection.

2. The war only benefit the rich people with interest in military and oil industry and a particular country (Israel). US people will bear the cost alone. Which means Americans must pay money and blood for the interest of minority people at a time US economy in a down turn.

3. War can not solve problem. War in Afghan killed a lot of innocent people. The main target Bin Laden is still at large. Al Quada scattered all over the world.

4. War only creat hostility and enemy. It will help Al Quada to recruit more soldiers. US people will face an endless terror threaten. And we have no bunker, secret service for our security and we can't afford for a private flight.

5. Losing support from allies. Most countries are against war on Iraq. We are losing friends and sympathy of the world. The profile of US hurt badly.

6. Perhaps most important is it will help a dictatorship in US. If a policy is not based on legitmacy and common value but personal will and unilateral opinion, it's dictatorship not democracy.

In conclusion, I urge you oppose to authorize President Bush having a war on Iraq. Let U.N. take over the matter of Iraq.

Sincerely

Kat Hak Sung

What are you? Hussein's Public Relations Officer? What do you know about the situation that you have not heard from the media? Are you present at the White House security briefings? I doubt you play golf with the Director of CIA either. What makes you think the US is going to endanger vital intelligence assets by disclosing their evidence to the public? Anything the media or the public think or say is purely speculation. Unless you have a Masters Degree in Political Science and several key sources inside the US Defence Department what you or anyone else has to say doesn't mean sh*t. Accept the fact that in the big bad world, Governments will always hold the power. What the people have to say about it is irrelevant. This is just the way the world has developed. Any person of Faith should have no problem dealing with this concept, it must be His/Her will right? Trust in God and all that.

Bullshit!! The United Nations are a bunch of whimpering pussies. Iraq needs to be dealt with NOW. They have been given opportunity upon opportunity to comply with the mandates, but they have chosen a path of noncooperation.

Apparently, memories are rather short. We tried to pacify someone several years ago with the same kind of rhetoric and thinking. Because of this, several MILLION individuals lost they lives totally unnecessarily. If this doesn't stir any memories in your mind, then I suggest that you research a gentleman named Adolph Hitler. He happened to be a thug from Germany and was very similar to your friend Saddam.

Sure, why not

Sure lets all oppose the disarmament of Iraq, what have they ever done to hurt anybody anyway?

Oh wait...there was that invading a sovereign country thing for no reason whatsoever other than greed.

Oh wait again...theres that using chemical weapons on the Kurdish people in Norhern Iraq thing too, just becuase they didnt agree with how the totally harmless Saddam runs things.

Oh wait one more time....there was the using the chemical weapons on the Shiite Muslims in the south of Iraq for thte same thing.

Oh wait once more...there was that lobbing of scuds thing into Isreal even though they never fired a single shot at anyone during the entire Gulf War

Oh wait once again...ordering troops to commit a policy of "scorched earth" while getting thier collective asses kicked, harming the environment of the entire middle east for years.

Getting the picture yet MORON?

Or would you rather the next time his minions decide crash a plane into a building it has a Nuke on board instead of nothing more than aircraft fuel.
Does annyone honestly doubt that given that capability, he woulndt use it?
Why not? he sure has restrained himself in the use of chemical weapons.

By the way....The terms of the Gulf War cease fire have never been met...so if you really want to whine about it, we can just start Gulf War # 1 up again.

Oh no he"s no menace...gassing women and children to death are just part of that culture.

One last thing...You better be friggin happy you live in a country where you can express your opposing view no matter how inane and uninformed it may be. Otherwise...you would have already been gassed.

Living in a country with so many idiots makes me feel all the more smarter.

One more thing....

One word: Spell checker

Your illiteracy is showing.

What Senator could take any letter such as this seriously.

It looks as if its been written by a 4th grader with incredibly bad grammar.

Movement = Moment?

Reason = Reasons (pl)

benefit = benefits (pl) Again

creat = creates?

Et al

(See last line of my first post it says it all)

THIS IS THE TYPICAL IDIOTIC RESPONSE OF THE UNEDUCATED, RACIST TRAILER PARK TRASH. YOUR ATTITUDE AND OTHER IDIOTS LIKE YOU GIVES SO MANY GOOD PEOPLE WHO ARE AGAINST TERRORISM A BAD NAME.

YOUR JINGOISTIC TIRADE HAS DONE NOTHING EXCEPT MAKE EDUCATED PEOPLE PITY FOOLS SUCH AS YOURSELF.

"Osama+Saddam+Arafat - your either for them or against them. If you oppose Iraq action you are FOR them and YOU are a terrorist"

This sort of mentality is truly disgusting. If a person is against a war they are a terrorist? That seems to be the sort of thing Bush Lite would have you believe. His "doctrine" can be boiled down to the same sort of tripe: If you or your country or your government does not agree with me then you will be labeled a terrorist and destroyed.
It seems as though some people like this sort of thing. The sad part is most people don't realize this is all because America likes its $1 per gallon gas. That’s right boys and girls... it is all about oil. I guess no one noticed the funding for the new oil pipeline through that whole Middle Eastern (read "terrorist" by the typical American war monger) area that was approved and conveniently slid under the radar while good little Americans watched the 9-11 "memorials" on every channel. It’s actually pretty pathetic how the US govt plays the US population for a bunch of bitches (no better way to describe it).

I am sure I will be called a terrorist sympathizer etc. "If you don’t like this country" and all that jazz. Don’t waste your bandwidth. I love the principles this country was founded on but (sadly) I hate what it has become. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Sure lets go bomb some more sand. Folks better wake up before we all end up dead or in prison. Doesn't take much to be labeled a terrorist these days.

I think it's useless to speak of politics in this forum.

I think also that people can express an opinion without be insulted (it is called "freedom").

I think people can be against terrorism AND against war.

I'm not from Usa, so my English is so far to be perfect (for those child who criticize the form without looking at the content of a post).

Nevertheless I also think that a permanent state of war can cause a lot of problem.

I would like also to talk about democracy in Qatar (where Usa have a base), but this is not the right place.

And I think that i will continue to think....with my head.

Damn,
Out of 10 people, only 2 the U.S media was not able to brainwash! For the rest .. they are brainwashed beyond brainwashing.

On a serious note, I recently downloaded a documentary titled "hidden secrets of the gulf war", gathered people who are pro and anti war on Iraq. They all left feeling cheated from the U.S government. Not on this current matter, but from previous wars where the U.S government basically fucked its soldiers!

I'm 100% sure that Sadaam is fucked up, but:

-Why didn't the U.S took him out when they were many miles inside Iraq in 1991?
-Were they looking for a reason to stay in the region and make sure that they have a good grip on the oil?

-Why does the United States give Israel all the weapon they want, but on the other hand, Iraq can't buy any because they "might" start shit?

-Why many satellite photos did from commercial satellites didn't show a build up of Iraqi army on the Saudi's border?! Isn't that how the US convinced the Saudi's that they need protection?

-Why 6 days before Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, the government on national T.V said that "we are seeing a build up toward Kuwaiti's border, but we do not have a protection agreement with Kuwait"? Doesn't that sound like "Iraq, go ahead and take Kuwait, because then we can come and send your ass home and at the same time we will make many deals that worth billions in selling fire arm, tanks, etc to the scared countries around Iraq; and to have 99 yrs agreement to stay in Saudi Arabia which what we wanted in the first place.

I can list many questions that make you wonder about the intentions of this war, but yet again who cares. I'm a terrorist, right guys?

But how did I come up with all these questions? Are all made up? No sir. I can cite each of my questions with a respected source, but why waste my time when a 15 yrs old kid looking for the latest nvidia drivers stumble on this post and say "Fuck you terrorist, we are Americans and we can do what the fuck we want?" I feel like answering this question "go download your drivers and get +5 fps in 3D mark"

I know I'm going to get a lot of heat for this post, but hey isn't 'free speech' is what all Americans proud of?

This is what i think (like anybody cares):

If I (U.S) and my friend (U.K) trying to play a game (invading Iraq), and the rest of my friends (U.N) saying "do not play that game because it is not only stupid, but also dangerous", then i will start thinking SERIOUSLY of what's wrong of my decision of playing this game.

ok, i will stop smoking weed :roll:
