I release a tweaked detonator driver: (Overdrive)Prometeus 61.77 by Savage-XP

What is:

Tweaked driver born to work with the standards of quality of your Nvidia Card, without harming perfomace of the same one.

So, this driver perhaps it is not the ideal for Benchmarking.

Remember to install your motherboard driver and be sure DX9c is installed. All Nvidia Cards are supported.


What tweaks had been used for this driver?
*Based on Forceware 61.77 Whql
*MipMap Lod Bios (D3d and OpenGL).
*Anisotropic filtering (D3d and OpenGL).
*Pixel and Vertex Shaders (D3D).
*Enabled Settings for Open GL
*Enabled Textures Formats that Nvidia disabled by Default (such 8-bit paletized textures- usefull for old games).
*Hardware settings.

Changes made on 61.77 Final
* Added Support for Open GL (sorry i dont had time to work on more).

* Removed and added some personal settings.

Det 61.77 are not Whql certified.

I have taken your INF and added true support for ALL GPU's (Desktop and laptop).
I have also added a whole heap more tweaks that I use in my INFs.
Added a wee bit in the header of the INF to say you made them.
Check my signature for a link to the modded INFs

Now your driver, I see all the driver files are the same as orignal 61.77
The differences are the setup files and these 2 files you have added:
3dfxvs.cat WHQL file for a 3DFX card ?
QH32CHK.INF filled with some stuff that is definitly not INF related.
Are these files used for anything, I just need to know.
Otherwise I need to upload your version of this driver to include the above files, as currently I'm linking to 61.77 international (nVidia's original repacked by me)

I have modded this as I see some happy folks over @Guru3D, and I've also done this for Omega and starStorm INFs with their blessing.
If you have any objections let me know, and I'll remove.

I made a mistake. They do nothing, th 3dfx file is for a driver for voodoo3 and the QH32CHK.INF is a file created by Quick Heal AV. :oops:
Yes they scape on my eye. Need to be carefll next time.
