Hi freaks,
almost daily new detonator drivers are released but since 23.11 I haven't found any new 2go update. What is that dramatic difference between "normal" detonators and the mobile edition? I love playing ego-shooters on my Inspiron and want to keep it updated. Do anyone know a good source for such drivers or is there a documentation out there, what the differences are?

Thanks & cheers
Waft

Geforce2 Go on your Inspiron is modified by Dell, so it needs a special driver...
I know 3DChipsets modified detonators works but...
And no news for Geforce2Go in versions > 23.XX...

Try Here:
ftp://ftp.superturborad.com/pub/Hardware...20Drivers/

I'm using the 2770 on my latitude.

Ok, after all I decided to make my own 27.70 for my Dell and except of the nvdesk32.dll (which is not included in the 27.70 but in the 23.11) everything is 27.70 now.
I compared the nvdm.inf files of 23.11 and 27.70 and changed the 27.70 to fit the NV11M Chip. Than I copied the missing nvdesk32.dll from the former version and installed it. Runs perfekt  Even in Multi-Monitor support.
The nvdesk32.dll is the configuration-screen I guess but the old one is working fine.

Cheers
Waft

No login required for the link above, but the comma in the string prevents simply double clicking on it for some reason.
If you type in link as displayed above it should work.
They have most of the 27.xx drivers.

I forgot to mention, updating to these drivers is real simple. Unzip the downloaded file to a directory, then use the Update Driver tab in Device Manager and Browse to the new files, then update. After installation, the driver names still show as NVIDIA GeForce2 Go (Dell Mobile).
I haven't tried the multi monitor support yet.
