NEW Doom 3 beta leak ?

This is just rumor !!!
I am currently reading on http://www.winfuture.de/ that another Doom 3 beta should float around in IRC and FTP servers - but no proof for that.

Its said to be 620 MB big and contains 14 Maps plus Muliplayer enabled.

again this is just rumor do NOT post any links if you have found something!

- 02/8/2004 : DOOM III BETA 2
This version contains all patchs, the DoomConfig, many new maps, a nice setup and NVidia Drivers 41.09 for GeForce Users (to solve the problem of the grey screen).

HOW PLAY ?
==========
Run doom.exe
Then, you're in the console.
You can launch all maps you want.
Enter (ex): map e3/e3_1
This command will run the file e3/e3_1.map
List Of All Maps :
E3 2002 Map 1 (e3/e3_1.map)
E3 2002 Map 2 (e3/e3_2.map)
E3 2002 Map 3 (e3/e3_3.map)
DOOMED Map 1 (Doomed/Doomed_1.map)

This one it NO new beta !!! its just an updated alpha by those fans and they called it beta - means alpha 0.0.2 (updated)

U P D A T E 2
For those who got "grey screen" there is no need to install special det. You can use any 4x just activate GF FX emulation. I do not know how 5x behave
To do so use a tool like the great http://www.3dcenter.org/atuner/

oh man....give a shit on that su.. beta leaks of such "great" games.
i think these betas if they are stolen or illegal released make these games not better, they "kill" those games...in MY! opinion!!!

Some peeps say it's an old alpha repackaged with some fan made maps. So my guess it's not real.

alpha kill games?
why that ?
1. you know thats its alpha/beta - and that its incomplete
2. offical alpha/beta would help to make games much better since ppl. give comment about things before its done and patchen can only change bugs
3. its way better then demo because NO one can play doom³ alpha for real since its incomplete and buggy - the argument that ppl. buy less games and play alphas/betas is BS
4. but its to get a sneak preview of a game ... you got to see Doom³ to believe how great it is (or not)
I give shit about screenshot ... they are ALWAYS fake only the REAL game can give ya an impression

alpha are one of the coolest things outa there ... shame there aren't more

Alphas and betas kill games?

As opposed to the vaporware Duke Nukem Forever with no alpha or beta leak? I'd argue that the lack of even an alpha or beta is killing/killed that game.

Games, especially when release dates are strung out and anticipation has already came and went for a game that should have already been released it can actually help a game survive and keep up the anticipation.

Everyone is expecting the game to "rock".. according to the few screen that been made public. That´s another point: Why do they keep on showing the same screens over and over again?

There seems to be no progress... bet they´ll release it within april 04? Anyone thinks not?

me too, but i don´t want "illegal" alphas of a game

but HL2, Doom3 , Stalker are games that should be a new generation of games

first it was HL2 but since the Doom³ alpha and HL2 alpha the clear winner is Doom³ ....
HL2 guys have nothing then that scripted video and a 99% bugged/non-working alpha/beta
Doom³ alpha 0.0.2 worked flawlessly with console with awesome graphics
