just have a look at ftp://ftp2.nero.com/
you will notice a new nero there ....seems to be english but the size is
27MB last release vs 42MB this release ...

whats different there ?

the setup is multilangual ....
the nero is ONLY english here ...
maybe you need JPN system to get JPN there
