Multplier & xp2000+

i got a 2000+ amd cpu, actually i got it already unlocked (thanks amd Big Grin ).

my problem is that the range of multi that i'm actualy able to use, is from 5 to 12.5, even if my mobo can andle up to 15.

if i try to use any setting from the range from 5 to 12.5 it works fine, if i try for ex. to use 13 or 14 it goes to 5 (nice to see on the boot screen amd xp @ 667 Mhz... LOL)

i've already flashed my bios with the very last one availabe, from msi and it supports up to Barton 3000+

So, i've heard but i'm not sure, that u need to open the last L3 bridge, in order to gain access to multiplier above 12.5.

It's that true? anybody has personal experience or any knowledge of this?

Thanks 4 ur Help Smile
