Has any website except Warp2Search noticed that it is not 1.3.3.1 but 1.3.1.1 ????

I guess not. Worldwide websites report on 3.3 but that is completely nonsense. Check the about menu of Morpheus Preview Edition.

Ridiculous....

Considering the last version was 1.3.3, I am fairly sure the new version is 1.3.3.1, it was probably an honest typo by one of programmers. Obviously you can tell this was a rushed release.

just download it and take a look for yourself. Most websites don't seem to research on what they're posting.

No I'm sorry you are incorrect. If you do research you will find the last version of Morpheus was version 1.3.3, there is no reason they would revert back to 1.3.1.1 despite it being basically a new program (*SIGH* its a shame). But anyways, its not download.com's error as I said it was an error by the Morpheus programmers.

UPDATE: BTW, I already knew of the error I have seen it myself in the new Morpheus (which is pathetic UGH) when it first came out just pointing out that last ver was 1.3.3 and the 1.3.1.1 must be mistake by the programmers.

WTF, even if it's a programmers error I don't want to be fooled by other websites announcing a wrong version number. That's the same bull***** as if Warp would sell you Detonator 27.70 drivers as 31.23 dets.

The loss of Morpheus on the Fasttrack network has had noticable effects on downloading. - Its a shame whats happened but you can't blame the Aussie company for trying to ditch a freeloader off their money making network. Now morpheus are leeching onto gnutella by using Gnucleus. Gnucleus should have stipulated that the source code etc is free only when used for non profit.

To 1st Anonymous poster, you don't need to be vulgar but I think even you should know your being a bit unrealistic. If you check nearly any NVidia driver site, you will see that they say "No word yet on performance or compatibility." Why not? Well do you think that Warp goes and tests them individually and expends the time and effort to look into it. No it relies on outside information. If you want to know you have to try it and tell them. Same with Download.com they aren't going to manually check through each piece of software and verify its the right version. And where do you think they get those descriptions? Did Download.com people type them up. Uhh no. They get version information from the poster of the software as well as description details, you can commonly find the same description Download.com uses on the homepage of the software. Its up to the poster of the product to tell Download.com the version # and description details. Morpheus obviously said "Here this is version 1.3.3.1" and by TYPO the actual product said 1.3.1.1. You KNOW this because the last version was 1.3.3. They aren't going to post information that is not only INCORRECT (BECAUSE THE LAST VERSION WAS 1.3.3!) but goes against what MusicCity themselves told them. =/
