i'm not sure where 2 post this but anyway..i just wanted 2 ask if u can mix a pc150 n pc133 memory stick, both at 256 sdram. i tried it but had a lot of problems with games ie. it automatically goes back 2 windows after playing a game for a while...also it restarts spontaneously everytime i run a virus check.

You must set your CAS level to match the slowest RAM, usually CAS3. Many sticks of PC133 run fine at CAS2. Watch out! Some BX motherboards take a finite number of RAM chips, so you must avoid 2 sided RAM. It can cause the exact symptoms you are having.

Try setting your BIOS to PC133 and CAS3, if you still get the problems then it may be a compatibility problem between either your different ram or your new ram and your mainboard.

I know a lot of VIA kt133 boards crash when all thier ram slots are filled, try checking your mainboard makers for a BIOS update that might fix any problems.
