I just bought the above card and it seems like a nice upgrade from my aging GF2. But I have a question.

Does the OEM version of this card run at the same clock speeds for GPU and Memory as other TI 4600 cards?

The reason I ask is I know that ATI's OEM cards are a tad slower than the retail versions, and I wasn't sure if the Leadtek GF4 TI 4600 OEM did the same or run at the same speeds as the retail.

One thing I was dissapointed about though was the heatsink/fan combo on the OEM version. It isn't the nice dual fan/huge heatsink that the retail version was. A good deal on the OEM though, $239 from http://www.gameve.com . They had the VIVO Retail box version for $259, but I felt I wouldn't use the TV-IN so why spend the extra $20. But after getting the card I wonder if I should have spent the extra cash just to get the other fan and the big heatsink. I don't plan on overlocking, I never really been much into that.

i think that they run same speeds. i also had gf2gts and upgraded to leadtek a250ultra td my vivo(retail, yeah the dual fan one) and im satisfied with its performance :-))
