huh? Password change?

I wanted to post a comment on the main site and saw that I am not logged on, so I wanted to login for sure ... but he always gave me login error due password .... I used the lost password function and got a totally different password ... what was this ????

I thought the main site and the forums had two different logins and two different passwords?

Correct. These are two different databases ergo, two different logins.

sure and that is no question I mean the main site ...

not the difference between forum and main site...

I had for example password halloworld

and it changed to xchlsarhew

.... why ?

doesn't the password retrievel make you a new password? Perhaps thats why it's created a new password for you to use until you change it to something memorable.

Maybe it has happend on the update we did. I have some more mails in my box regarding the problem and i am on it to find and fix it.

Hi,

#If you have forgotten your password click "ask my secret question" then type the answer.

#Then you have to change a new password.

That's what happened to me in AusFX also.

Try that way.

It will work. I also did the same think what I said above.
