How -uninstall Intel Applications Accelerator from WinXP SP2

Does anybody provide help / instructions to carry the headline task ?

isn´t it listed in "Software" to uninstall?
is there an uninstall.exe in the place you installed it?

have you tried to reinstall it and then use add / remove

I can uninstall from Add/Remove BUT !!!

I read somewhere that uninstalling from WinXP SP2 may results in
problems ...
Does anybody have expirience and / or relevant input ??
Shall I UNINSTAL FROM safe mode ??
