How many times can WinXP be activated?

hi there, i have installed WinXP OEM version on my PC. Just wondering, if I were to re-install it for whatever reason, I have to activate it again. How many times can this happen? Must I re-activate XP every time I install/re-install it? Care to comment?

if you don't change your hardware, you can install winXP multiple times. i know it so...
