I don't see what everybody is talkin about removing WMP9 or doing a clean install, it's a service pack for christ sakes. Didn't do either and had no problems except the watermark on desktop but thats taken care of pretty easy.

Same thought as agiacobbi. I installed 1106 thinking from various posts I've seen around that there would be some problem but it installed over 1105 no problem.

Also no watermark as I'd removed it previously.

Come on people whats the problem? :o

:evil: u obviusly don't know that people want only click play and have the movie playing... no have to do bloody trobleshooting!
My advice for uninstalling WMP9 (which it is CRAP) is to remove it completely from the registry and then install the trustable WMP7.1
It worked for me!!! coz im the best

there is a watermark remover for wmp9 @ sp1....
or do you like the watermark ???
