I don't know about any other tool ... but look very close at the options ... there is one switch to force update ....

but what is the reason you have both cards in ??? why don't you only plug in the nvdia card and try to flash it ???
if NVFLASH gets the Atir first there is no question why it malfunctions ... and it is not advicable to prgram Nvidia BIOS on Ati i think Wink

Try to use an older card such as 4 mb card and not a card which support 3D acceleration. That is what i think will probably works. And try to play with the primary AGP or PCI setting in bios. The tool that enable you to edit your bios is NVIDIA BIOS Editor utility from Ray Adams i have tried this utillities and it works fine. Which i convert the nvidia reference bios to my board manufacture bios, and there are a lot of setting that you can change, it is really cool (for me) thanks to Ray Adams.

Good luck!

soooooo...

I booted my PC with another PCI Card 3dfx, now I can start Windows XP, then installed some PC tools like DR-Hardware, Sandra 2003 and other tools no tool of them can get my AGP Card they got only the old ATI and the new 3dfx on the PCI bus, now I am sure the Card went with the wind (dead) Sad , now I must contact MSI and tell them that the Card stops alone to work. May this is the last thing I have to dooooooo.

Thank you all for your help...
