If someone was hacking an XBOX i wouldnt be suprised, there are people hacking microwaves for crying out loud.

An emulator for the XBOX console however may be easier to create because the XBOX uses a Pentium III CPU, which has an x86 architecture. Other systems use chips with architectures other than x86.

But you also have to realize that only mad fast computers with the best video cards would be able to run the emulator if such an emulator existed.

An web site you may be interested in (even though it is slightly off the topic) is http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net . It is a project to run Linux on the XBOX Console. This would allow i386 Linux distrobutions to run on it. Therefore, you could run standard desktop applications, get on the internet, and run emulators for other systems. Eventually games for all of the existing game consoles will run on the XBOX, maybe not PS2 or GameCube, but who knows?
