i need the latest driver for riva tnt2 graphic card

I believe the TNT2 cards use the same drivers as the GeForce line, so that would be the 29.42 Official drivers, the 29.80 WHQL drivers, or the 30.30 beta drivers. The 29.42 or the 29.80 drivers would probably work the best for you.
