Your PS should be fine. I have a GeForce3 with a 200 watt PS with no problems. Been using it for quite a few months now.

I have a GF4 Ti 4600 and it sux - doesn't work at all in several games, benchmarks lower than my GF3. I have 350 ps and as soon as I pop my GF3 back in everything is a-ok. This is now the secong GF4 I have tried - I got from CompUSA and they told me they have had a number of defective returns so I think that it may just be a crap lot of them??? I mean it should be NO PROBLEM going from one NVIDIA card to another.

SandMan{LR}:

You never mentioned who manufactured the 2 GeForce4 cards.

I'm in the market to upgrade my vid card and don't want to buy one that's defective.

What motherboard are you using? There is a problem with the Epox board and GF4. Main Warp2search page has more info. Which drivers are you using?

I just upgraded my visiontek ti500 with the visiontek ti 4600, 3dmark 2001 scores jumped from 6600 to 9600. I am running WinXP and have tested nvidia drivers 27.2 through 27.50. Works fine. Also using Giga-byte MB with AMD XP 2000.
