GeForce 2 Ti problems....?

Ok, we'll start with the basics. I just bought a Chaintech GeForce 2 Ti. Before this card I had a RIVA TNT2 Pro. It sucked, which is why I bought the G2Ti. Now, on to the good stuff.
I play Counter-Strike quite often, and since I've bought my G2Ti, it crashes all the damn time. I always get a blue screen that I never have the chance to read but it says something about nv4_disp.dll (I think, maybe a different DLL though). It happens at random times, so it's pretty unpredictable. I run 800x600 with the OpenGL drivers in Counter-Strike. I've tried about 5 different sets of drivers including 29.20, 28.32, 21.83, 21.85, and 23.11. I've also tried turning Vertical Sync off, with no luck. It never ever crashed with my TNT2. Also, I don't play any other video games so I couldn't tell you if it crashes in those also.
The rest of my system specs are AMD Athlon 600Mhz, 256MB of RAM, Windows XP, 15GB 5400RPM Maxtor HD and a 60GB 7200 RPM Western Digital HD, etc. If you need any more information, email me at snowmunky@leeched.net or just reply here. I can give you all the information you need =) !
If you could give me any suggestions or any help, it would be greatly appreciated.

damn...

well corona, tried the 23.12's and it worked for about 45 minutes, then it froze and i closed it with CTRL+ALT+DEL, but it didn't actually crash and have a blue screen this time.....weird. Who knows, I think i'll try reinstalling Counter-Strike from scratch, and if that doesn't work, i'll try formatting and reinstalling Windows XP. And if that still doesn't work, I'll just take my video card out and piss on it. =)

Actually, would it matter what resolution I'm running at? Because I was running at 800x600, and since then I've switched to 1024x768 and it seems a bit more stable? Should I try 640x480 or maybe even higher than 1024x768??? Thnx for the help guys.

sineP:

Originally, this computer was a Hewlett Packard 9600 Series (customizable). I bought a new case and power supply and transferred everything over to this new Antec case about 6 months ago. It does have an AMD certified 350 watt power supply in it, so I don't think that would be the problem. I do, however, have 2 cd-rom's, 2 hard drives, and a floppy drive hooked up, but I still think the video card would be getting enough power.

Update to all:
I just got an updated driver for my AMD 761 Controller for my AGP slot (ver. 5.33) from amd.com. Still didn't help. Also, I completely uninstalled Half-Life and Counter-Strike and reinstalled, and just a minute ago it froze on me again and I had to reboot, but I did not get a blue screen. Currently, I am running the 23.12 driver set.

GOD I WISH I COULD FIGURE THIS STUPID THING OUT!!!!!
