FPS HELP

Hi

Can anyone please tell me how I can increase my fps I have Force 3Ti500
What are the steps to get better fps?

I have P3-1000, 512PC-133, AsusCUV4-E
29.42 Drivers

Well you should get Rivatuner and play around alittle bit with the settings. Then you probaly will have to tweak your games individually. Lowering color depth and texture detail along with resolution will produce good results. Also make sure you have the least amount of proggies running in your tray as possible. Hope this helps. The main things to be sure of is to disable any anti-aliasing, this is the biggest fps killer out there. Same goes for pre-GeForce4 cards & Anisotropic filtering. Basically, disable all bells and whistles, shadows & fog, complex lighting effects (dynamic light) and things like that, which are usually in-game options. All you really need is a decent resolution, all the extra stuff is just cosmetic. Even anisotropic filtering, God, I find when I'm busy with SOF2 or GTA3 creating mayhem and carnage the last thing I'm noticing is texture blending on the walls.
