DVD Performance

Hi,
I was thinking in upgrading my graphics card but i'm not sure which one. it's between 3D prophet 9000 128mb ram or GeForce 4 Ti4200 128mb ram. which is better for tv-out quality, DVD performance an games quality.

my GF2 tv out quality is really bad.
everything is blured, or i have mysterious colors during dvd playback on a tv, but when connected to the monitor it is working fine.
I stopped using it and bought external Sony DvD player ! Tongue
