DJ Mixer and computer...

Hey!
I am an enthusiast dj Big Grin
well... at least i mix using soft like mixvibes or traktor dj studio.
and i wanna improve my mixing, so i thought a REAL mixer would be great.
I googled around and found the HERCULES DJ CONSOLE as a good alternative. but i wonder what other devices i can use to control this programs, a normal mixer can't send "commands" to the programs i think, unless they can send midi commands (correct me if i'm wrong). but i couldn't find any dj mixer with midi interface.
so could you help me find one? or could you help me find out how to use mixers with that kinda programs.
thank you and excuse me for my poor english Sad

Um, correct me if i'm wrong, but shouldnt an 'enthusiast dj' be using a REAL set of turntables and REAL records to do their mixing?

Perhaps that's where your cash should be going....

btw, your english is damn near spot-on 8)

not to sound sarcastic but why don't you check out a good professional music store. TASCAM has a product that will do what you want it too but it's going to cost $$$...

Ever tried BPM Studio?

You can buy different versions (program only, "turntables" that connect to computer...) - here is a picture http://www.alcatech.com/html/images/rcp2001a.jpg

http://www.alcatech.com/html/index.php

then Products/BPM Studio Pro
or
Products/19'' Remote Controls
