an what EXACTLY is this version? Cause i don't think it DX9.0c final

system information shows it as directx 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904), guess these are the official

same as sp2 rc2.

but this is directly from microsft download page.

MS does only give you final download if not said different !
also the improvement is so small that there is really no time needed for long devellopment
