well if you want the nvidia tweaks you might wanna check out http://www.ntfs.org because they got some tweaks for the 4200 and also if you want to trade bioses i would love to, mine is running at 315/610 and it's working perfectly, tell me if you want to trade .........

Why would you trade a bios for a game?

The ti4200 bios wont make you card overclock more than the one you have. You are limited by your hardware not your bios. Most ti4200 cards are based on the Nvidia Refence design with most companies only changing the Heatsink and fan.

Your Overclock depends on the speed of your ram in nanoseconds i.e. 3.6ns and the quality of the heatsink and fan on the card.

The only reason you would change your bios is to change the default speeds your card runs at when you turn the machine on without using a third-party utility.
