Combat Flight Simulator 3 Problems....

Well I dont know all to much about what is causing all this but all I can say is that when the game first runs its fine, green grassy ground. Just like it should be! However as soon as I start a new mission or load up an exisiting one the ground goes white/brown? and stays that way.

Also a lot of the scenery flickers every now and then. Now I have seen the tech. documentation that is on the web site and it suggests a number of things, including disabling dual pass rendering and enabling the high Z-buffer. Which seemed to do exactly squat.

If anyone is experiencing the same kind of probs. then any suggestions would be greatly recieved!

Try using the 30.82 whql cert. det drivers, assuming your using an nvidia card. Many problems with game have been solved by this. With that said, the game is buggy and hard to get running right. Once you get it going decent, your other games act up. There's alot more to do to make this game act civilized. Give me some system specs and I'll try and help. I own this and several other sims, so I'll do my best. Big Grin

Combat Flight Simulator 3 Problems....

Well I have tried the 30.82 drivers with no luck so I have gone back to the 41.09's. I will have a look at that link and see if it helps... Thanks!
