While Will Wright and the folks at Maxis have been concentrating their efforts on their Sims series and the upcoming sandbox game title Spore, the franchise that started Wright's rise to game god fame, SimCity, hasn't seen a new title out in stores for three years. In that time there has not been indication of any new SimCity title in the works.
