Can I use SDRAM in a DDR ram slot?

I know it's a stupid question LOL ...but i don't wanna spend another 100 dollars on rams...So can I use my PC100 on a DDR ram slot?

SDR's have 2 guides cut into the connecting teeth & DDR's have only 1

:roll: Maybe you could sell your PC100's and use the proceeds to part pay for more DDR? :roll:

Nooooooooooooooooooo . . . Fool! NEVER use SDRAM unless you absolutely have to! Like Tone Zone said: just sell the old RAM and use the money to pay for DDR!

Pc100 is worthless to sell, its like 20$ for a 256mb stick jus keep and and use it on an older comp u may have, DDR is also dirt cheap 40$ for a pc2100 256mb stick or so, generic isn't as bad as u think, i got a stick of Generic pc2100 that can hit 166mhz cas 2 pc2700 spec. the chips on it are made from elixer a company i never heard of.
