Best Soundcard for Semi-pro use

Hello there,

Which is the best soundcard for semi-pro use up to the price of 300 euros?

I know Audigys 2 or 4 are great but still look like consumer products. Any ideas? I would like digital and analogue inputs and the ability to have real time (hardware accelerated) effects.

Thanks!

Turtlebeach...

I've heard Turtlebeach makes some good cards as well. But you already mentioned two Semi-Pro cards - Soundblaster still remains some of the best even though they are consumer cards but they are pro as well or damn close...

That website shows the Japanese branch office of Ego Systems Inc. It is, in fact, a South Korea company.
