Best CD Burning Software

I have had many problems with Easy CD Creator V4.0 lately. I am running Win 2K pro and I've heard that this program has generally had problems running on this OS. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should use? I was thinking about Nero but wanted to get some additional input first. I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me.

I have used nero with 98, 2k and now with xp with no issues at all.

I think what he meant was that for copying copy protected cd's he uses clone cd.

nero is a good all round mastering package but it doesn't claim to copy copy protected cd's.

What? Nero is the lamest piece of software i've ever used! If you want to work with something decent, use instead Nti-CD Maker 6 Platinum. It's user friendly, it has a nice GUI, it's simple to use, it can do everything you want & etc..In fact, all the opposite of Nero.

man I thought this was gonna be an easy decision. I found Nero for cheaper so I think I may go with that but does anyone else prefer NTI over Nero?

lo m8 - depends wot ur after doin with the software!

if ur just using it for general purpose burning then u cant go wrong with nero... does everything that u will need

Now if ur after burning software for ermm... how can i put this... backing up your games  etc... then there are a number of programs at ur disposal. for example:- alcohol 120%, cloneCD, blindwrite to mention a few.
These r all free for download.

Hope this helpz u m8... remember nero is a very good general purpose package.
