Asus p4b533-e question

There are three CPU/Memory Frequency Ratio options available - Auto, 1:1 and 4:3. Auto will enable SPD mode, while 1:1 will obviously match the FSB, and 4:3 will run the memory at 100MHz (200MHz DDR) if the CPU is set at 133MHz.
To the question, P42.26 533 has bus/core ratio 17 = 17x133 = 2.26Ghz
Does this mean that memory freq. is locked at 100Mhz?
If it is so the P42.2 400 has bus/core ratio 22 = 22x132 =2.94Ghz with
mem at full speed.
I have a p4b266-e, p4 1.6@132=2.1Ghz, @133fsb my Crucial pc2700 drops down, had plans to buy a p4b533-e but i dont know.
does it work this way or am i missunderstanding.
Excuse my bad spelling

I have a P4B533 and the ratio is CPU/Memory 1/1 or 3/4, in which case the memory can run at 133 or (not sure about this) even 166 if you have a FSB533 CPU.
